If a substantial delay in the shipment date is expected, we will notify you with the details as soon as possible.
We do not accept requests for urgent shipments.
We do not assume responsibility in the case of losses or damages caused by a shipment delay.
Any charges imposed by local authority, such as Custom's Duty & Tax is on your expenses.
Please check the name and the quantity of the products when the order arrives.
If a problem occurs, we can only provide assistance within 8 days following the goods receiving date of customer. Customer must be able to provided evidence for the goods receiving date, otherwise no assistance will be given.
For exterior defects, we will respond only when found at the time of delivery.
Caution :
Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure (irresistible force) such as traffic and weather conditions, long holidays such as year-end, New Year and any other circumstances. Depending on each country, delivery date may be delayed due to local Custom Legislations.
As we are mainly selling in small amounts, there is no quality insurance for all the products.
Therefore, we will not issue reports concerning the analysis of a failure, or the quality assurance.
However, in the event of defective products, an exchange could be processed upon request.
We will of course cover the shipping fees of the returned defective products.
Finally, please take note that exchanges will not be provided for the following conditions:
1. Ordering mistakes made by the customer
2. Damage to products caused by the customer
3. After 8 days following the reception of the products (Customer must be able to provided
evidence for the goods receiving date).
